new RoHS Compliance Label in San Ramon, California, today.
Salient
Technology released the new RoHS Compliance label today. This label will be
used to identify product and packing that are RoHS compliant. As the EU market
requirement for RoHS compliance starts on July 01,
2006, this label will help easily identify the individual package unit as
well as the shipping package that are RoHS compliant.
Although not
100% compliant for all the product models, Salient has been working towards
that goal for over a year and expects to achieve 100% compliance by the year
end of 2007.
