All product purchases made on the Salient Technology International LLC ("Salient") company web site ("our site") are covered by a 10-day risk-free trial period under the following terms and conditions. You agree to all these terms and condition when you complete the payment of a purchase made on our site.

1. All purchases made on our site are covered by a 10-day risk free trial period. You may return a purchase order in its entirety within 30 days of payment completion or 10 days after receiving, whichever ends first, for the cost of the purchase, not including shipping and handling, providing that the returned items are in good working condition and packed in the original package with all accessories. You will be charged for any missing accessories or the cost of repairing of any damages occurred in the period of your possession. Unless specified, your will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

2. Salient reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, add or remove portions of this Terms of Use, at any time. Your right to claim for loss or damage due to the negligence of that third party is protected by law and between you and that third party.
